As part of the European Week of Sport, the high school students participated in a special activity full of energy, good cheer, and movement. This initiative was inspired by the program launched by the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, which challenges us to demonstrate that sport is not just a form of recreation, but an essential part of everyday life.The students discovered through dynamic games, interactive exercises, and teamwork that sports contribute to health, develop a spirit of collaboration, and create moments of joy and friendship. This experience gave them the opportunity to understand that movement and physical activity are essential for a balanced and harmonious lifestyle.
